From freshly baked bread and crispy croissants to eggs, fresh fruit, and creamy yogurt: our chef has put together a tasty selection for you. Of course, a festive start also includes a festive glass of bubbles! In addition, you can enjoy unlimited coffee, tea, and juices.
The Champagne New Year's breakfast is served on January 1 from 8.00 to 12.00. Toast to a beautiful new year and make New Year's morning a cozy and tasty start to 2026!

Celebrate the new year together during a festive New Year’s brunch at Van der Valk Hotel Delft A4! In our beautifully decorated VdV Dining, you can enjoy a wide range of hot and cold specialties, presented in our open kitchen. Our chefs prepare delicious dishes à la minute for you.
Of course, we conclude the brunch festively with an extensive dessert buffet full of sweet treats. You can also enjoy unlimited coffee, tea, juices, draft beer, and house wine. A cozy moment to toast to the new year and enjoy with family and friends.
The New Year’s brunch is served from 12.00 to 14.30. Start the new year well and join us for a festive brunch full of delicious food and sparkling moments!

Champagne breakfast and brunch on New Year's Day
We reserve your table for a maximum of 1.5 hours, after which it is needed for new guests
Unfortunately, we cannot accept preferences regarding the size and/or location of your table during the holidays. We will always reserve a cozy table for you and take into account the size of your party
The number of persons indicated in the booking widget is the number of guests for whom we reserve your table. Extra guests (including children) mentioned in the comments are not counted in your reservation and may not have a place
Cancellation and changes are possible free of charge up to 2 days before arrival. If this occurs within the cancellation/change period, we will automatically refund the amount to you
If you wish to dine with more than 18 guests , then this can only be at more than one table. Of course, we will do our best to position your tables as close together as possible, but we cannot guarantee this
