We also have special digital bike routes made for you which start from the hotel.

Bike to the beach

In the mood for a good bike ride? The beach is less than 15 kilometers from the hotel. You can easily cycle from Delft and all its sights to the beach like Kijkduin. Catch your breath at a nice beach bar before you continue your journey. Want to cover more kilometers on your rented bike? Then it's also fun to cycle to the beach at Hoek van Holland and watch the giant cargo ships pass by daily.

Bike to the city

The city is also just around the corner. With a small quarter-hour bike ride, you are already in the heart of Delft, and 10 kilometers from the hotel, you are already in the center of The Hague, great for soaking up culture or shopping extensively. You can also plan your route so that you can see all the places in and around Delft in one day.

Bike through the Midden-Delfland Nature Reserve

Delightful cycling through the polders with the wind at your back? It's all possible from Van der Valk Hotel Delft-A4. Did you know that Midden-Delfland offers a wide variety of local products and that you can cycle through it? Also enjoy at home all the delicacies this region has to offer and experience the grocery cycling route. Buy your dairy, meat, fruit, or vegetables from local farmers and growers. Everything is open on Saturday! The route is approximately 18.5 km.

Looking for a longer bike route? Choose the Farming Bicycle Route between Delft and Rotterdam. This route is no less than 38.5 km. Here, farmers and forest rangers show you the way in the countryside. Keep your eyes peeled, because you might spot one of the many meadow birds, including the Black-tailed Godwit.
